PWNP supports local charities that have established networks that help women and children in need. Currently, we work with:
Sarah’s Hope provides 24-hour emergency shelter, case management and other support services for homeless women and children in the Sandtown-Winchester area of Baltimore City.
Grassroots is located in Howard County and is a multi-service crisis intervention center providing 24-hour crisis intervention services, emergency and transitional shelter, and community education.
Fostering Futures is a support network of caring individuals and organizations in Howard County who have come together to support youth who will be “aging out” of the foster care system. Under the umbrella of Voices for Children (Howard County’s Court Appointed Special Advocates – CASA), and in partnership with the Howard County Department of Social Services, we are connecting the needs of these young people with available community resources.
